Gets Along With:    Other dogs! We haven’t seen Cabernet with kids or cats but she can be tested! 

Special Adoption Considerations:    Cabernet is currently being treated for demodex. This is a non-contagious, stress induced condition. Her coat will be flawless soon!

Currently Living at:   DC area foster home.

Cabernet is Looking For:    The finer things in life, like a forever home with a soft bed, roof over her head, and snuggling with you on the couch! While Cabernet is getting all the superstar treatment for her hair, she is patiently waiting for it to grow back in and show you what ‘aging like fine wine’ truly means. Cabernet’s adorable face says it all though – one look at her and you will be ready to take her home!

Cabernet is hoping for a forever home that will continue with her glam-up by going to training and obedience classes to show she is not only a beauty but also a brainy gal too! She also would love to go play with her friends at the park and spread all the doggie gossip about how fantastic being adopted has been. Finally, she wants to be able to spend as much time with her family and give all the smooches to show how grateful she is to be a Lucky Dog! Are you ready to fill up your life and adopt Cabernet?!

Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
